The Confederacy of Signatory Systems is a large and decentralised 'state above states' that loosely governs all interstellar and planetary states that sign a treaty containing certain constitutional mandates.
CirsineThe Capital of the CSS and a purple-skied world of huge cities and industry. They call it the 'Lonely Planet' because the light pollution from all of the buildings completely drowns out every star in the night sky, but partially as a joke, since it's one of the most populous planets in the Confederacy. |
The Astro BistroThe café this whole thing is named after! Created by Kitt Shentime and now helmed by both him and Sundaze, the building somehow transports itself across the galaxy looking for places in need of a good afternoon tea. |
MelosWhat the Marsi (such as Nai) call the planet the CSS Proposium allocated to the refugees from the original Marsi homeworld, Melsyn. The special grass they used to eat there was all but outlawed by the CSS due to its... side effects. |
TariaThe place the Collected Taren Syndics calls home - and Tispin and Pinch, of course. A huge tourist hotspot due to its vast array of small businesses selling all sorts of knick-knacks and services. |
SkrappThe planet where somehow the Kobbleds Together managed to plant their flag. How they live there is a mystery, as it used to be the galactic landfill site. |
GraytoniaThe planet Kitt used to call home before living full-time in the Astro Bistro, this planet faded in colour alongside its occupants as they became more and more boring. |
TantiWhere Kasarol and the other Nisselies and Herlosi come from is rather mysterious as it was presumed to be completely uninhabited until recently. The Lo'i used to live there, but left for some reason, leving the Herlosi (translated to 'ownerless') behind. But why? |
GT44-31-BThe barren planet Sundaze finds Bagsy on. This planet is covered in grass and flowers of all sizes. It's so remote, it doesn't have an official name (the name 'Sundazetopia' was rejected). |
An empire highly advanced in genetic and cybernetic modification. They're not on friendly terms with the CSS, but it could be worse.
KirepThe Capital of the NPA, only Whyz out of the main staff have been there, and he's reluctant to say much about it. What we do know is that it is terrifyingly advanced and covered in billions of Neopasserians and other Neopersons. |
OpyrraThe home planet of the Passerians, like Strum's mother. Rampant climate change has caused this planet to become mostly islands with huge storms. The non-rebellious government, the Purist Passerian Republic, is a protectorate vassal under the NPA. After leaving Opyrra originally and setting up shop on Kirep, the NPA came back and conquered Opyrra, leaving it a subject. Multiple factions, including the Free Purist Passerian Archocracy find themselves embroiled in guerilla warfare on Opyrra. The population count of Passerians seems to be mysteriously growing, and strange spacetime readings seem to emanate from there. To top it all off, there are rumours of a village of Passerians who claim to have once been 'human', which is thought to be a long-extinct precursor species in the galaxy. |
Other Locations
ArretiaThe homeworld of the Arretfolk. It seems to be in a bad state. The system seems to have a red supergiant and a white dwarf as its stars, and the moon appears to be shattered. The weather is constantly windy and dusty, which can't be good for the native Arretfolk. How could it have gotten to this state? How do they live there? And how do they have colonies when their homeworld is in such a mess? |
RrrrpppWait, why is this here? How come there are coordinates to this place? And what's that ship coming this direction from there doing? |
